U-20 World Cup: Six countries qualify for Round of 16

The 2023 FIFA U-20 World Cup, which is now taking place in Argentina, has at least six nations qualified for the Round of 16 stage.

The two most recent teams on Thursday to advance to the Round of 16 were Gambia and England.

England triumphed 3-2 over Uruguay in the group-stage match, while Gambia defeated France by a score of 2-1.

They will participate in the Round of 16 stages together with teams like Argentina, Colombia, the United States, and Nigeria.

After winning their opening two games in the group round, the six nations each have six points.

The group stage’s last games will be played today, Saturday, and Sunday.

Next week, games in the Round of 16 will start.
