Gov. Nyesome Wike Has Been Conferred With The Good Governance Award By The Rotary Club

T[/he current sitting Governor of River state, Nyesome Wike has taken to his Twitter account to appreciate the rotary club of Port Harcourt who on Friday Conferred the prestigious award of Good governance on him.

In his own words, the governor says:

I appreciate the Rotary Club of Port Harcourt for conferring on me the 2019/2020 Rotary Good Governance Award.

The award made me realize that the collapse of security in Nigeria is of concern to everyone as there can’t be governance in the absence of security of lives & property

His tweet was followed by several comments, some in support of his service to the good people of river state, and others simply disagreeing with him on many fronts:
