The Institute of Islamic Finance Professionals (IIFP), the pioneer Islamic Finance Institution in Nigeria, has concluded an arrangement to deliberate on the growth of sustainable Islamic financing in Nigeria at its 2021 yearly stakeholders’ conference and induction to be held between December 15 and 16, 2021 in Lagos.
According to the founder and president of the institute, Dr. Tajudeen Yusuf, the conference will discuss the theme “Weathering the Storms in the Financial Ecosystem: The Cutting Edge of Islamic Finance.”
The keynote speaker for the conference is the Minister for Finance, Budget and National Planning, Zainab Ahmed.
Yusuf added that the conference would feature over 20 prominent speakers, representing 15 Islamic finance institutions, private and public representatives.
