Buhari Approves The Appointment Of Two New Directors – NDE & NILS

President Muhammadu buhari has appointed two new directors.

Mallam Abubakar  Nuhu Fikpo as the substantive Director-General of the National Directorate of Employment (NDE), and Comrade Issa Aremu as the Director of the National Institute for Labour Studies (NILS).

The SSA the president on Media and Publicity, Mallam Garba Shehu twitted the appointment.

According to him, Mallam Fikpo held the position in acting capacity before his appointment.

While describing Comrade Issa Aremu, the SSA twitted that Comrade Aremu has been a notable Trade Unionist who has risen through the ranks in the Trade Union hierarchy in Nigeria.

The appointments takes effect from May 18, 2021 and are for a period of 4 years.
